The most common issue when SSL not working in some browsers and mobile devices is missing or wrong Intermediate certificates. Check SSL installation if you think that SSL is not compatible with some browsers or mobile devices. We suggest using SSL checker from SSLShopper website.

Downloading Chain/Intermediate files

  1. Login to client area
  2. Go to "SSL certificates", find your SSL and click "Details" button
  3. Click "Download SSL" to get a ZIP file with your certificate
  4. Install Intermediate CA file to your server. Installation manuals
