Incomplete Status

Once you have placed a new order via the Client area, it will have "Incomplete" status, as it requires passing SSL generation process. Orders via API/reseller modules do not have such status, as you will fill all that information on resellers/partners side.

Incomplete SSL

  • Login to client area: https://my.gogetssl.com
  • Go to "SSL Certificates", find your order and click the "Details" button
  • Click to "Generate certificate" button and generation process will start
  • The First step will require to submit CSR Code and to select order type: New/Renew. You can use our online tool to generate CSR for your domain. Please save outcome codes, as you will need private key later, to install certificate files to the server.
  • The Second step requires selecting a Domain Validation method
  • Next steps may require Personal information or Business information, depends on the SSL Certificate type.
  • You will receive validation email and next instructions once generation completes

Incomplete CPAC or CodeSigning certificate

  • Login to client area: https://my.gogetssl.com
  • Go to "SSL Certificates", find your order and click the "Details" button
  • Click to "Generate certificate" button and you will be redirected to Vendor's order form
  • You would receive a unique order number once the form filled
  • Pass that order number to us via support ticket and verification would starts
